The God we worship is Beanicus. He is the God of farming and fertility, and he is the one that makes our crops flourish. (If you aren’t in my school class, you’ll have no idea what I’m talking about) Legend has it that he created the world when he was fighting with the other Gods, and after his victory, he was very bored and alone. The Gods he killed became the world. Their tears forming the lakes and rivers. Slowly, life began forming in the littlest forms. Tiny bacteria, and other micro-organisims. It is said that you can still hear him sighing as his spirit gets even more bored with nothing to do. He is said to arrive once a year, bringing prosperity and peace to the world. However, he hasn’t came for 50 years, and we are still trying to summon him through our prayers.
Dear Alex,
This is an awesome idea and legend. One aspect of your legend that I think may help is to describe how Beanicus became the God of Farming and what he does to deserve this title?
